ya but then that would create a controversy if only a select few people were allowed to play online poker, and it would take too much of a process to figure out if a person did in fact serve in active duty. I think online poker should be legal though, theres no damn reason for it not to be. People lose way much more at the casino, with all of its subliminal messaging and such that suck people in; color of walls/wallpaper are chosen to be colors that draw people in, music, sounds of the machines, the way the machines are placed so people get lost and stay longer... lol... I could go on and on.. but these casinos are able to still allow people to gamble? I don't understand the concept for their argument... The only logical reason for them attempting to make it illegal is because they don't make tax dollars off of it.
